Snehangshu Shekhar Chanda

Snehangshu Shekhar Chanda born at Boalia under the district of Rajbari, Bangladesh in 1968. He is the son of Sukumar Chanda and Saraswati Rani Chanda. He completed Higher Education in English from Rajshahi University, Bangladesh. He has written four books (A Study on English Language Proficiency of EFL Learners in Bangladesh, East African Language and Culture, Understanding English in Easy Way, Mustafa Salam's Easy Reading of Sylheti Nagrilipi-A Translation Study) and many research articles have been published in International journals. He is the member of editorial board of different journals. He attended many seminars and symposiums both in country and in abroad. He worked as Dean, Faculty of Agriculture, and Provost of different Halls, Director (Student Counseling and Guidance) of the university. He has been teaching English at Sylhet Agricultural University since 1997. Now he is working as Chairman, Department of Basic Science and language as well as the Dean, Faculty of Post Graduate Studies at Sylhet Agricultural University, Bangladesh.
