The Language of Justice In Practice

Each species has its own distinct way of communication. Apart from all other species human being is the only one who has mastered cognitive language communication. Therefore, there is no divergence about the fact that language plays a very significant role in human life and living. It is a constitutional right of every human being to be treated naturally regardless of a persons’ background. Considering geographical atmosphere and its impact, expressing feeling and understanding any judgment or any decision in native language should be treated as the birth right of every human. Judicial system of any country is established to protect people’s liberties, basic and legal rights. Thus, judges and courts have a significant impact on peoples’ rights and justice. To make countries judicial system more effective and less hustle free one significant change in court proceedings is mandatory. Every judgment should be published in native language considering easy adoptability and understanding of any accuser and defender. Many states have already established such rights. Any trial to be considered as fair must pronounce a judgment in a language which can easily be understood by litigants. Therefore, instead of being interpreted in local language, judgment pronounced in native dialect is the only viable and respectable solution.
