This book is a compilation of the published articles of the Daily Star and various conference papers of the author on different aspects of laws and justice issues in Bangladesh under one cover. The book covers a wide spectrum of discussion about legal issues related to elderly rights and institutional care, wife’s property rights, maintenance rights of Muslim women, child-friendly juvenile justice, effectiveness of children courts, vulnerabilities of juvenile delinquents in children development centers and legal status of Bangla language in the higher judiciary in Bangladesh.
