Richard Bandler

Richard Bandler (born February 24, 1950) is an American author and trainer in the field of self-help. He is best known as the co-creator of (with John Grinder) Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), the study of successful behaviors and the thoughts that produce them. He also developed other systems named Design Human Engineering (DHE) and Neuro Hypnotic Repatterning (NHR).
