Meenakshi Chandra

Meenakshi Chandra Met Satish Chandra while she was a student and he, a teacher, at the Government College of Arts and Crafts, Lucknow. They got married in 1972 and shared thirty-two years together, many of them in a beautiful cottage on the campus of the college where they met. He was not just her husband, but her best friend, mentor and guide. Now the principal of Children's Palace Nursery School in Lucknow, Meenakshi can still feel her late husband's presence in her house, which is full of his paintings. However, she misses the flower that Satish used to give her every morning.
