আল কোরআনের বৈজ্ঞানিক তাফসির: সূরা আল বাক্বারা_x000D_ _x000D_ Surah Baqarah serves as the constitution of the middle path. Initially, the Surah establishes the divinity of the Quran. It critiques the shortcomings of the Israelites and establishes the followers of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as a distinct Ummah by directing them towards a new Qibla (the Kaaba)._x000D_ _x000D_ The laws outlined in Baqarah are concise, serving as guidelines for the formation of laws. The Quran's revelation is intended for all races, in all regions, and throughout all ages. If the laws were exhaustive, the Quran would be excessively lengthy, and some laws might prove impractical for certain races. Hence, the essence of the laws is provided as guidance for the formulation of practical legislation._x000D_ _x000D_ কোরআনের সুরা বাকারা মূলত মুসলিম উম্মাহ্র সংবিধান বা সংগঠন প্রদান করে। সূরার প্রথমে কোরআন নিজেকে ঐশ্বরিক গ্রন্থ হওয়ার প্রমাণ তুলে ধরে পরবর্তীতে বনি-ইসরাইল জাতির অবাধ্যতা আলোচনা পূর্বক নতুন উম্মাহ গঠন করে এবং নতুন উম্মাহর আইন কানুন প্রদান করে। সূরা বাকারায় যে সকল আইন-কানুন প্রদান করা হয়েছে তা অত্যন্ত সংক্ষিপ্ত। উক্ত আইন-কানুনকে আইনের নীতিমালা বলা যায়।_x000D_ _x000D_ কোরআন নাজিল করা হয়েছে সকল যুগের সকল শ্রেণির সকল ভূখণ্ডের মানুষের হেদায়াতের পুস্তক হিসেবে। সূরা বাকারার প্রদত্ত আইন-কানুন সমূহ বিস্তারিতভাবে প্রদান করলে কোরআন অনেক দীর্ঘায়িত হতো এবং সকল অঞ্চল ও সকল শ্রেণির মানুষের জন্য ব্যবহার্য হওয়া বাস্তবসম্যত হতো না। তাই কোরআনের জীবনবিধান সমূহ অতি সংক্ষেপে মূলনীতি আকারে প্রদান করা হয়েছে।
