Hayat Saif : Selected Poems

Syed Manzoorul Islam was born in 1950 in Dhaka. He is a professor of English at Dhaka University, and is a widely published literary and art critic in Bangladesh. He has published two books of short stories in Bangla Kaj Bhanga Rater Golpo (1998) and Andhakar O Alo Dekhar Golpo (2001) from Pathak Shamabesh. In 1996 he was awarded the prestigious Bangla Academy Puroshkar. He is an editor of the paperback literary & arts magazine, Six Seasons Review. Sudeep Sen was born in 1964 in New Delhi. He has published over fifteen books, including Postmarked India: New & Selected Poems (HarperCollins) which was awarded a Hawthornden Fellowship (UK) and nominated for a Pushcart Prize (USA). He has widely appeared in prestigious publications, such as: Times Literary Supplement, Guardian, Independent, Financial Times, London Magazine, Harvard Review, among many others. He is the international editor of Six Seasons Review.Ziaul Karim was born in 1964 in Dhaka. He has worked as a journalist all his life with a special interest in the arts and culture. He represented Bangladesh at the Seminar on Contemporary British Writer at Cambridge University (UK) sponsored by The British Council in 2000. He is the Executive Editor of an English - Language international art quarterly, Jamani and a life style magazine in English, ICE TODAY.
